Full-Contact Fighters John Farrely and John Skeldon took the floor showing the group some of their training techniques that have helped them prepare for Full-Contact fights.
Their expertese and skill was plain to see as they demonstrated some fantastic combination drills. Helping the members prepare for the up-coming events including semi-contact kickboxing.
Both John's will be fighting Full-Contact Kickboxing later this year - When John Farrely will be defending his British Kickboxing Title.
