Things to do before you die!
One thing you can do and tick off in those great things to do in your life, is to take the opportunity to step into a real boxing ring, with a referee, cornermen, crowd etc. and feel the buzz of adrenaline from this experience - not to mention the great lessons to be learned from it !

March 22nd from 11am - 4pm Semi-contact fights for ALL abilities and ages.
For the total novice - a no winner loser experience - Take home a trophy to remind you of the day. For the more experienced - a more competitive fight - winners / runner up trophies
NOTE all fights will be kept light - NO heavy contact will be tolerated. It is safe, fun and exciting!

The tickets for this event are now on sale - please ask your friends and family to help support our local fighters - so far we have fighters coming from Gatwick Kickboxing, SCI Kickboxing Surrey, Luton, Scotland and many other areas - book your seats now for a night to remember and cheer our fighters to victory!

Gradings
Congratulations to all the new members who have now taken that first step up the ladder of success. Others are many steps along and are continuing their progression and development - keep making the steps to your short term goal and the long term goal will continue to get ever closer! - dedication, commitment, perseverance all needed to succeed.
The next low grade grading will be on Tuesday 25th March (for all remaining low grade members)
High Grade Grading
All high grades (Green - above) should all be working towards their next grading - (end of March / beginning April) - practice, perfect, perform - be ready.

High Grades
Note there are new additional focus mitt drills - involving more movement / parrying / blocking skills - these have been updated to improve the kickboxing syllabus. Note: Thai pad drills are also to be amended for inclusion of more techniques. - Updated combination sheet available soon.
This will NOT affect your next grading - however these new techniques should be learned ASAP -
