Firstly a warm welcome to all new members - we hope you enjoy your training and learn much on your journey within the Martial Arts.

2003 has much to offer and every student can benefit from the many events we have coming up - Firstly a semi-contact sparring event that all should have a go at - get the experience of going in a boxing ring with the crowds and atmosphere you will never forget.

Kickboxing Show 22nd March 2003 - Sutton Coldfield Town Hall
A great opportunity to experience the adrenaline and atmosphere first hand - for novice fighters to gain experience - no winner / loser just for the fun of the experience - ring, crowd, conermen , referee - take part and enjoy the rush. All will receive a trophy to remind them of the day. For the more experienced fighters judges will mark and award winners & runner-up trophies - ready for championship events later - get the experience needed to improve your ring awareness / kickboxing skills. Please fill in the slip below with details so a fair match can be made.

Insurance - licence
In this day and age it is getting more important to be adequately insured - all our Instructors are Insured as are the buildings and contents through MAAS - all students should be insured also - we see it all the time on the TV "no win - no fee" claims - it is there to protect you - Insurance covers you from member to member claims. See accompanying sheet for details.

Grading dates
The following dates have been set for Gradings.
Wednesday 19th Feb - Bloxwich - Frank F Harrison School , Leamore Lane
For Juniors & Adults up to 7th Kup Starting 6.00pm
Thursday 20th Feb - Arthur Terry Sports Centre - Kittoe Rd - Four Oaks
for Juniors 6-7pm & Adults up to 7th Kup at 8.30pm
Additional Gradings for High Grades TBC - your Instructor will advise on dates

All black Belts - Club Instructors tp attend
Thursday 13th Feb - Arthur Terry Sports Centre - 8.30pm - Topics include the 2003 events / courses / Dan Gradings / Instructors Insurance and review of MAAS Conference - Surrey.
