hours simply flew by as many Chongshin Do members enjoyed the training from some
of the UK's best martial artists. The session started with 7th Dan Kancho Bill
Cox. Bill a doorman for over 20 years with experience in body guarding and first
hand experience in the real world of "self-defence" took the group through
a series of simple yet effective techniques.

Roy Alison and his son Roy took the group through some Kung Fu forms & combat
Jujitsu techniques. Finally Soke himself took the group through harmony Aikido
flow techniques in his unique style of coaching!. Soke

Soke
once again commented on how our group always puts in 100% and are eager for knowledge
- I am proud. The seminar ended with a talk on "reasonable force" and
its implications to self-defence. All in all a great day and I am sure those who
attended gained a great deal from it. Remember these opportunities only come round
once a year and must not be missed.
