& Full contact Kickboxing event

All fighters
should register with the BKBU - online at www. spiritcombat.com or on the form
below. If we have a good turn out as before - we shall hire a mini bus to transport
fighters - take part in these events and broaden your experiences and development
within Chongshin Do. We have currently Two Title contenders for this year - James
Eccles = Mens Middleweight Semi-Contact BKBU British Title and Ben Vowles is still
no1 Contender for the BKBU Cruiserweight Full-Contact Title. These two and many
others will be pushing their own limits to improve their skill and personal achievements
in these events. DO IT NOW - places are limited and the show is filling up!

Meditation
/ personal awareness day (part 2 ) Sat 20th March
A deeper insight into
subconscious - Sat March 20th 11-3pm -
Meditation is a skill - a discipline
- a tool - this course will help you develop the techniques to meditate well and
use it for every day purposes E.G ..stress relief, problem solving, relaxation
and techniques to improve confidence etc.
Part TWO will go deeper and further
with more led meditations to explore your mind. For those who did not make the
1st session a new date will be announced soon (this is also open to non members
of Chongshin Do - Partners etc welcome).
A great opportunity to explore the
deeper meanings of life and tap into the subconscious mind.

From Sensei Steve Pride - Fees increase
As from the 1st March 2004 club
fees will increase from £25 per month to £26 per month for all Sutton/
Gt Barr clubs - Walsall will increase by £1 a month also.
Junior / children's,
"Fighting Family" rates and once a week card holders fees Will also
increase by £1.
The above is required due to the increased costs of the
halls we hire.
